Before you lay a single plank or panel, run through our checklist. Everything you need - spacers, underlay, profiles, skirting, Kronowall clips - in one guide.
A checklist before the installation
A relatable scenario - your beautiful new flooring or wall panels have arrived, it's the weekend, you're ready to start… and halfway through you realize you're missing spacers, a transition profile, or mounting clips, and now you have to place another order. Then the promise: this extensive checklist table makes sure your order is complete before you begin.
Product type
Accessory needed
›What it does and where to find it
›Underlay/Insullation underlayment
Cushioning, sound reduction, moisture protection. SPC often has a pre-attached pad (don't add a second layer); laminate and parquet usually need underlay; concrete needs a DPM/vapour barrier. → Accessories, Insulation Underlay category.
Spacers
Hold the expansion gap consistently; removed after the trim goes in. → Flooring Profiles and Accessories.
Mounting blocks (tapping block) & installation clips
Lock planks without crushing the click profile.
Joint sealant
For wet-area perimeters/thresholds where the manufacturer allows it.
Transition profiles (same height)
Connect laminate-to-laminate or vinyl-to-vinyl of equal height; also used to break long runs and at doorways. → A002/A004 transition profiles.
Ramp / reducer profiles (different heights)
Compensate height differences up to 7.5 mm (SPC) or 17.5 mm (laminate/parquet). → ramp profiles.
End profiles / finishing strips
Finish edges at walls, doors, thresholds and fireplaces. → end profiles.
Skirting boards
hide the perimeter expansion gap and protect walls; note the four types (regular, MDF, SPC, designer MDF). → Skirting boards category.
Flooring cleanser
for post-install cleanup and ongoing care (dry/damp only — never soak). → Cleanser category.
Profile claws (mounting clips)
Used for core fixing. Mounted on counter-battens (or screw-fixed to the substrate); the last panel piece should be at least 50 cm so at least two claws hold it. → Wall Panel Accessories.
Skirting / finishing angle (corner) moldings — the "folding corner moldings"
These variable/"folding" angle trims cover internal and external corners as well as sloped-ceiling edges. → codes of the products: 8575, 8630, 8836.
Panel adhesive
The fixing method for Rocko Tiles. We offer a 290 ml cartridge or a 600 ml foil pack for skeleton/full-bed gluing with a standard or pneumatic caulking gun; You choose the pack size based on wall area and your applicator. → Accessories for Rocko Tiles.
C-profile
The base/joining profile that frames and separates tile runs, sold in 2800 mm lengths in black, silver and white to match the tile finish. → C-profile product pages.
T-profile
Joins two tile fields in the same plane (mid-wall joints, large runs), also 2800 mm in black, silver and white. → T-profile product pages.
Internal corners
Finishes inside corners (e.g., where two walls meet at 90°), 2800 mm, in black, bronze, silver and white. → internal corner product pages.
External corners
Finishes outside/protruding corners, 2800 mm, in black, bronze, silver and white. → external corner product pages.
Rocko Tile levelling system
A reusable clip-and-wedge system that holds adjoining tiles flush while the adhesive cures, preventing lippage (uneven edges) — the SPC-wall equivalent of a ceramic tile levelling clip. → Rocko Tile levelling system.
Rocko Matt Silicone
Color-matched joint and perimeter sealant (available in white, black, chocolate and grey) for a seamless finish at corners, edges and wet-area perimeters. → Rocko Matt Silicone product pages.
