Konstrukta is a grey SPC flooring from the Rocko® Stone collection with an exceptional durability and water resistance. These qualities along with the design of the decor, replicating a granite tile, make Konstrukta the perfect choice for public or residential spaces with more intense traffic and higher humidity. This SPC flooring can bring an industrial chic to every interior with its impressive raw concrete design. Like most SPC flooring Konstrukta features a 1clic 2go pure joint system, 4- sided V-groove and a utility class 34.
ATTENTION! This type of flooring requires an even and smooth surface. We recommend to level your floor with a self-leveling underlayment, before installing the new flooring.

Dimensionally Stable
The SPC flooring is more dimensionally stable and will not expand and contract at the same rate as traditional flooring.

Silent Walk
SPC flooring is durable and stands up well to heavy traffic. Even though addition of minerals adds to its strength and durability, the SPC manages to stay soft to the touch and silent to the step . It is comfortable under foot, which can be important for families with kids or pet owners.
Slide Resistant
Safety is something we put great emphasis on. There is an anti-slip classification, achieved through specially developed surface structures. They address the requirements for floor coverings in the workplace and commercial areas where a high risk of slipping is present.
Stain Resistant
Even stubborn liquids such as oil, wine or coffee can be easily wiped away and will not be absorbed by the durable flooring surface.
Suitable for Underfloor Heating
The flooring is compatible with for “low-temperature” underfloor heating and cooling systems. The maximum temperature of the floor should not exceed 27°C, both for classic hot water or electric heating systems. Both types of underfloor heating are installed into the subfloor and it is necessary to pay close attention to the installation instructions.
Water Resistant
The special limestone composition of our SPC flooring (Stone Plastic Composite), combined with the joint click system, prevents water from damaging your floor. This makes the SPC suitable for commercial places, as well as for residential projects - including bathrooms.
